Manama, September 13 (BNA): The Bahrain All Shares Index closed today at 1,938.72 points, recording an increase of 8.99 points from the previous close.
This increase is attributed to the rise in the financial and materials sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 675.55 points, recording a decrease of 0.00 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 34 stock transactions with a volume of 545,078, valued at 490,378 Bahraini dinars, were completed.
Investors mainly trade in the materials sector and represent 80.05% of the total value of traded securities.
