Bahrain All Share Index ends trading higher

Manama, November 18 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at 1,791.09 points, recording an increase of 4.23 points over the previous close.

This increase is attributed to the rise in the financial sector, the materials sector, and the consumer goods sector.

The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at the level of 745.85 points, recording a decrease of 0.56 points from the previous closing.

The results indicated that 59 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 1,252,202 with a value of 454,452 BD.

Investors mainly trade in the materials sector with 58.96% of the total value of traded securities.
