Manama, April 10 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at 2,122.51 points, recording an increase of 1.64 points over the previous close.
This increase is attributed to the rise in the financial sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 737.14 points, recording a decrease of 2.32 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 103 stock transactions with a volume of 3,322,744 were made, with a value of 1,002,310 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 48.05% of the total value of traded securities.
