Manama, October 20 (BNA) The Bahrain General Index closed today at 1,866.64 points, recording a decrease of 0.53 points from the previous close.
This decrease is attributed to the decline in the telecom services and materials sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 653.23 points, recording a decrease of 1.55 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 45 transactions were made on equity, with a volume of 1,411,922, with a value of BD490,650.
Investors mainly trade in the non-Bahraini companies sector, accounting for 36.69% of the total value of traded securities.
