Manama, November 28 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,744.64 points, recording a decrease of 34.60 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the communications services sector, the financial sector, the materials sector, and the real estate sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 718.26 points, recording a decrease of 13.32 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 59 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 2,897,839, with a value of 455,724 Bahraini dinars.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 68.99% of the total value of traded securities.
