You may join a specialized hedge fund to deliver a long-term strategic project to re-engineer the data analytics platform using modern technologies such as .Net Core, Azure, microservices, and distributed systems architecture.
As a Backend Developer, you will work across internal trading, data, pricing and risk systems as they transition from a monolithic architecture to SOA/microservices; Create tools for analysts and create applications for data purification and analysis. There are Greenfield projects to get involved in – you will continually learn and advance in your career.
Driven by technology, the company can offer a remote interview/qualification process and work from home during current social distancing measures with flexibility going forward; In due course you will join your colleagues in the Dubai office two days a week, while the other three are working from home; You will work with a small group of software/data engineers and financial entrepreneurs.
requirements:
• Have strong C# .Net background development skills including .Net Core
• Have good knowledge and experience working with microservices, distributed systems architecture and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred but AWS or Azure are also good)
• Have a good understanding of Data Engineering, SQL/NoSQL and/or Systems Design
• have a degree in computer science or a closely related discipline;

• More than 2 years of work experience, experience with Golang, experience with other language such as C#, .NET, Java, Node.js and any other fixed written language.
