responsibilities
This position is to join IBM Cloud Labs as an Automation/Integration Engineer. Its primary purpose is to help customers successfully deploy their automation/integration solutions based on IBM’s hybrid cloud integration software such as Business Process Management, Case Manager, Enterprise Content Manager, API Connect, App Connect Enterprise (ACE), and DataPower, IBM MQ and IBM Integration Bus (IIB).
Your day in the role will include…
Practice responsibilities. This role works extensively in business process management, case manager, enterprise content manager, micro services, hardware as well as integration for clients.
The task of the practice is to constantly monitor the market for technical trends, search for customer points and formulate a point of view in the above technical areas.
– Practice translates this POV into technical assets and accelerators for implementing cloud-native solutions
– In addition, you will also be responsible for:
– Install and configure IBM software.
– Perform a health check and recommend improvements to the architecture or configuration based on IBM best practices.
Performing an integration code review based on IBM best practices.
Design and develop process automation for workflows and business processes using IBM software to meet customer process automation requirements.
Conducting enablement sessions on IBM software.
Troubleshoot and resolve design and configuration issues in the customer’s environment.
You will come with the following experience:
Hands-on experience in process automation using IBM technology including but not limited to Business Process Management, Case Manager, Enterprise Content Management
