Manama, Feb. 27 (BNA): Attorney General Dr. Ali bin Fadel Al-Buainain attended the launching ceremony of the website of the Special Investigation Unit and its second annual report, which was held in the presence of resident representatives of the United Nations Development Organization. Program (United Nations Development Program), Firas Gharib, Spanish expert Carlos Fernandez, the external advisor of the Special Investigation Unit, and the head and members of the unit and its associates.
The Attorney General praised the technical level of the website, which comes within the framework of implementing the digital transformation strategy and aims to develop judicial services. He praised the unit’s role in applying constitutional principles that guarantee human rights and criminal justice.
The Acting Attorney General, Head of the Special Investigation Unit, Muhammad Khaled Al Hazaa, expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the Attorney General for his continuous support to the Special Investigation Unit.
