Job description and summary

Due to the rapid growth of our Business Controls Risk Management team, we currently have opportunities for ambitious and highly motivated experienced professionals with a proven track record of delivering high quality client projects. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for managing and delivering projects across a range of sectors. You’ll have access to the latest training and development tools and the support of PwC’s broader network.

You are expected to have a solid understanding of the market, identifying and transforming business opportunities that will eventually be delivered.
You will work with clients in identifying relevant controls and weaknesses in operations and recommending improvements.
You will have the ability to continually develop your skills, with a keen interest in trends in business operations and the impact on our clients.
You will be required to demonstrate broad project management skills related to projects, including the development of project plans, budgets and schedules of deliverables.
You will be required to demonstrate broad capabilities as a team leader, including creating a positive environment; Monitor team workloads while meeting client expectations; Respect the quality of work and life of team members; provide frank and meaningful feedback in a timely manner; And keep the leadership informed of progress.
The role also requires the candidate to be able to collaborate with colleagues across different competencies within the company regionally or internationally.
The role includes broader responsibilities that include collaborating with the engagement leader, agreeing budgets, communicating results and their impact on the project as a whole and making contributions to the final report.

requirements:

Experience in enhancing business processes, including documenting them, as part of organizational transformation projects as well as demonstrated experience in improving processes using technology.
Develop policy manuals and workflows using ARIS, vision, etc.
Strong business network proven in Saudi Arabia and strong business development skills.
Ability to work independently, manage teams and be part of a team at a fast pace and high energy that will translate into high quality output.
– Sound and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload with flexibility and ability to handle well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Previous experience within Big 4 or equivalent is essential.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, useful if there are risks, flexibility or a relevant discipline.
Years of Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
Language Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). He is fluent in both English and Arabic.

Certified Fraud Auditor (CFE)
Risk Management Specialist (RMP)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
– The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
– CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
ACCA Certified Public Accountant
