• The ability to effectively showcase Microsoft products and technologies to diverse technical audiences.
• Selling technical solutions to the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Assist the sales team to reach goals by supporting them with the help of customer facing pre-sales technology. Encourage customers to buy add-ons, upgrades, etc.
• Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and commercial requirements and ensure that all necessary information is gathered prior to producing a solution.
• Providing technical solutions in a professional manner and within agreed time frames.
• Create and deliver technical presentations with confidence both internally and externally.
• Build custom demos and provide proof of concepts (POC) or pilot projects with the technical team.
• Create solution architecture and design configuration documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations.
• Work with the Product Management to comment on issues with existing products and provide input on new products.
• Carry out technical development of bespoke solutions as part of the design and development framework.
• Structuring and producing compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documents outlining cost savings and business benefits to clients.
• To take responsibility for managing the bidding team, where appropriate
• Communicate with the implementation/project team, clarifying clients’ requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery.
• Provide training on solutions and provide product support to distribution partners and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct market research including competitor research.
• Possible to consider new markets or customers to contact, based on knowledge of both products/services and their users.

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any other related field.
• He has more than 7 years of experience in the same field.
• Experience with Microsoft products & licensing, particularly in M365 (E3 & E5), Azure (IAAS & PAAS), and D365 (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Excellent in communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
