Charterhouse is working with a leading upscale Italian/Mediterranean restaurant in Bahrain looking to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee the restaurant and report directly to the property general manager.
Your main responsibilities will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet, and you will be constantly required to exceed the current high levels of service. You will work in harmony with the culinary team to deliver a flawless dining experience. This role will have oversight across the daily schedules of activities across the property and restaurant.
You will oversee the creation of all reports for the restaurant as well as ensuring ongoing compliance with local liquor laws and the local health department.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, with a strong background in fine dining restaurants. Knowledge of Italian and/or Mediterranean cuisine is an added advantage.
This role requires an organized and charismatic leader, someone to motivate the time to strive for the best every day.
Due to the scope of the role, preference will be given to European candidates or candidates with European work experience.
