The purpose of the role:

To operate the internal recruitment team and be responsible for the overall recruitment process, ensuring that recruitment and selection procedures are delivered in accordance with the organization’s requirements and goals.

Main Responsibilities and Responsibilities:

Maintain the recruitment process at all times.
– Post vacancies and extract candidates through the company’s channels to select the best talented candidates.
Maintains a database of competency-based interview questions and advises managers on the talent selection process.
Manage the recruitment process and procedures, as well as service level agreements.
Conduct important briefing with line managers to understand the department’s business needs, culture and competencies.
Conduct competency-based interviews to select qualified potential candidates for the job.
Work with Line Managers (LMs) and HRBPs to develop staffing strategies.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates before the need.
– Responsible for increasing the percentage of Kuwaiti employees to achieve the quota set by the Ministry.
Produce accurate reports on staffing, cost effectiveness and quality of delivery.
Ensure that the recruitment portal is maintained and updated.
Coordination of college recruitment initiatives.
Attending a job fair as a recruitment representative.
– Liaising with public relations in holding job fairs.
Create contacts within the industry and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
– Establishing and managing Ooredoo Kuwait Alumni Program.
Responsible for implementing and developing new staff on board after process and procedures.

Communicate with managers and employees on a regular basis to build rapport, measure morale, and identify new sources of candidates.
Attending local professional meetings and membership development meetings
Conduct reference and background checks for potential employees.
Respond at all times to all candidates on the status of their applications (eg Rejected, Under Review, Pending, Accepted, etc.).
– Prepare offers and send packages of offers to candidates.
Preparing and sending orientation packages to new employees.
Enter new carpenter details in Oracle HRMS and ensure all information is correct and up-to-date.
Maintain compliance with all audit requirements.
Perform other special projects as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of human resources information.
Other duties as directed by supervisor or other superiors.

Qualifications / Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields

other information:

3-5 years of experience in human resources.
General knowledge of Kuwaiti labor law.
– Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
– Fluency in both English and Arabic, written and oral.
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural and multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
Familiarity with using the ATS system is preferred.
