Assistant Manager (Director Duty) – Front Office is expected to manage front office operations while on the job, interact with guests, handle and resolve complaints, audit and train the reception team on processes and systems, liaise with the rooms department manager on various tasks and perform related duties.

You will provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times and expect and exceed guest expectations Not only will you do amazing things inside the hotel, you will make a name for yourself and the team outside the hotel.

qualifications:

Due to visa and travel restrictions, we are looking for a candidate who is locally available in the UAE and currently in a similar role or has experience in the front office in hotels.

Perfect with:

Diploma/Degree in any track, with at least 2 years work experience as Duty Manager or Team Leader in a established hotel.
Ability to work well with others in a guest and team focused environment
– Managerial and interpersonal skills is a must.
Experience in supervising and managing large teams
– Fluent in Arabic.
– Proficiency in oral and written English.
