F&B outlet manager assistant

What will you do:
Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of food and beverage.
Responsibilities include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining an operating budget.
Ensures compliance with legal standards and obligations. These events include private and corporate events, meetings, parties, and other events.
Assists in developing work plans, including scheduling and arranging, and assigning appropriate duties to subordinates.

Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a supervisory position. Previous hotel and job related experience is a must
To perform this task successfully, the individual must know spreadsheet programs and word processing programs and can learn new programs as needed.
Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
