My client, a very reputable consultancy firm, has an immediate opportunity for an Architect in Oman. Muscat has experience in delivering hospital projects – ranging from 100 to 700 hospital beds.
This is a comprehensive role including planning. Coordination with MEP sub-consultants through frequent contacts. Review engineering designs to ensure they are in line with site design and client brief. Prepare design proposals and drawings from the idea stage to the IFC stage to delivery.
You must have worked on one hospital project of a reasonable size, be a good communicator and be happy to live and work in Oman.
