Arab Cybersecurity Summit to be held under the patronage of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister

Manama, Dec. 4 (BNA): The First Arab Summit on Cybersecurity will open tomorrow, Tuesday (December 6), under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.


The three-day summit will be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition in Sakhir under the theme “Enabling Global Cooperation in the Field of Cybersecurity”, and will provide a platform for exchanging experiences and supporting cooperation.


International speakers and experts will attend the summit, which aims to develop strategies to address cyber challenges and developments and improve protection of critical national and international data, networks and infrastructure.


The summit will also shed light on global initiatives and the latest trends in this field, in addition to discussing major challenges and developments in the field of cybersecurity, while providing practical solutions and studying best practices.


The event will serve as a global platform for all experts and specialists in the field of cybersecurity and for all representatives of government and private sectors and companies participating in the summit.
