what are you going to do
There are a few things we take very seriously in the Data Team: Building amazing products and delivering the most value to our users. Our users are passionate about our analytics products and have demonstrated a strong appetite for self-service analytics.

You will be responsible for making their early journey a success with our analytics product.
• Obtaining ownership of new accounts and managing their setup
• Build strong relationships with our users to understand their needs and ensure their success with Looker / Analytics products.
• Act as the main point of contact throughout the setup period and also as a liaison between users and the rest of the data team
• Provide learning and development advice on the content of relevant training materials
• Work with users to build the most important dashboard / appearance / explorations and ensure there is a clear training plan for the end user of this domain.
• Enable customers to connect their goals and challenges with the product created by the team
• Work with L&D to create scalable learning options. Conduct online meetings and consultations to educate users about the features of our product in collaboration with the product team
• Contribute to building, owning and implementing user success and onboarding journey
• Lead multifunctional internal improvement projects
• Channel the customer’s voice and contribute to the product development roadmap with the Product Team
• Partner with product teams for upsell, complementary and expansion opportunities
