His requirement is to support the areas below;
1. Support the implementation of transformation initiatives
2. Change management including training
3. Stakeholder management and exit signature
4. Preparing and delivering training materials
5. Manage improvement areas discovery sessions
6. Escalation and issuance of decisions that affect financial operations
7. Deployment of common financial services to achieve stability
1. 4-8 years experience
2. Financial qualification, experience or exposure
3. Change management
4. Process mapping, optimization
5. Lean Six Sigma, digitization and automation are optional
6. Trying out sharing services is optional
7. Project management and stakeholders
8. Good communication is a must
