Alba supports Bahraini youth development

Manama, July 3 (BNA) Aluminum Bahrain B.S.C. (Alba) is committed to the development of Bahraini youth.

CEO Ali El Baqali met about 70 students undergoing on-the-job training (OJT) programs across different positions at Alba.

The event was organized for students who joined the company this year from various local and overseas universities to complete OJT requirements as part of their undergraduate degrees.

“Learning experiences are like journeys. It is not just about knowing more but also doing more in a world where change is the only constant,” said El Baqali.

“We help trainees translate what they have learned into action and help them build their unique competitive advantage to further contribute to Bahrain’s aspirations.”

Alba hosts undergraduate interns annually who seek to develop their technical and soft skills in a professional work environment.
