Al-Ain, Jan. 2 (BNA) Bahraini jockey Khaled Hilal Al-Khateri won the tenth place in the international showjumping championship that was held in Al-Ain in the United Arab Emirates.
The five-star competition was held under the auspices of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI) and the Emirates Equestrian and Racing Federation.
Al Khatri did well and outperformed several other riders to finish 10th, riding his HBR Even Flow.
He praised the support he receives from His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Royal Bahrain Equestrian and Endurance Company.
