This employer is a well-known semi-governmental real estate company with developments of national importance.

Working for the client, the primary purpose of the role is to provide strategic and operational leadership, to fully develop, for performance measurement/reporting/improvement initiatives and align performance measurement initiatives with emerging national and state requirements and opportunities, while maintaining the integrity of the infrastructure and systems that support members in generating and improve their use of comparative metrics

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Quality and Inspection Strategy for Operations Department
• Maintain the operational and financial integrity of the performance measurement infrastructure while pursuing appropriate opportunities to integrate standing and ad-hoc working groups/committees, methods of data collection and aggregation, development of technical specifications, benchmarking reports, and assessment of the workflow of participant reports, public reports and link members
• Ensure that group companies receive appropriate guidance and ongoing support in meeting appropriate membership requirements, providing data and preparing reports
• Provide leadership for the development of the company’s policy with regard to improving the quality of development
• Conduct regular project reviews and submit status reports to staff, boards of directors and other relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate and critically synthesize the skills and capabilities of the performance measurement team in support of the measurement vision/strategy
• Conducting a regular review of the operations department’s operations and maintaining the necessary standard of management

The successful candidate will possess:

• 10+ years of experience with increased quality assurance functions
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Advance responsibility for quality control
• Familiarity with best quality control practices, industry standards, manufacturer requirements, etc.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects
• Proven negotiation and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to train and develop people’s skills
