Dubai, March 6 (BNA): The total value of real estate and real estate deals amounted to 7 billion dirhams during the week ending March 4, 2022, according to the Dubai Land Department.


The weekly report of the Department of Lands and Properties stated that the total number of transactions amounted to 2,131 transactions.


229 plots of land were sold at a value of 1.44 billion dirhams, and 1,455 apartments and villas were sold at a value of 3.29 billion dirhams.

The top three movers for apartments and villas were an apartment sold for AED 545 million in Palm Jumeirah, the second-highest apartment on the list, sold for AED 289 million in Dubai Marina, and third, an apartment sold for AED 261 million in Palm Jumeirah area. Goodness first.


The total value of mortgaged properties for this week amounted to 2.17 billion dirhams, the highest of which was a plot of land in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens mortgaged at 529 million dirhams.
