• Perform general bookkeeping duties, such as issuing invoices to clients, recording cash receipts, depositing deposits in the bank, account settlement, and updating accounting software records.
• Periodically check the accuracy of the invoice numbers, value, customers and billing address.
• Answer any billing questions that customers may have.
• Dealing with any billing cases.
• Follow-up with an overdue account for collection
• Retain management, commercial and executives for any issues.
• Communicate with other department heads on a regular basis.
• Address any discrepancies in billing
• Generate detailed statements on the status of receivables.
