To support financial management and provide financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
• Assisting the chief accountant in preparing the monthly/annual financial statements
• Summarize the sales of all branches and update the accounting system with the necessary entries
• Update and analyze general ledger accounts including bank accounts, accounts receivable and payable and perform reconciliations
• Verification and verification of reimbursement of expenses and petty cash
• Record and maintain fixed asset schedule
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports including submission of VAT returns
• Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures, and recommending improvements as necessary
• Securing financial information by completing database backups, and protecting operations by maintaining the confidentiality of financial information
• Complete other accounting tasks as needed

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in SAP and ERP systems including Microsoft Office
Preparation of employee salaries and preparation of employee salary and leave ticket
Prepare the details of the incoming and outgoing check
Solve all cash related inquiries
Check product prices and any discounts or offers
Receive coupons and deduct the mentioned amount from customers
