Amazon, one of the e-commerce pioneers in the world, is looking for Account Managers (specializing in Business Development) to join its Seller Services team in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
Your role will focus on contributing to the growth of existing business through program approval, phone/email business evaluation and support for selling partners that grow on Amazon – benefiting from Amazon products and programs.
In addition to account management and building relationships with selling partners, you will be responsible for incorporating feedback into new opportunities to improve Amazon products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all third-party selling partners.
Your responsibilities:
• Analyze the business of selling partners on Amazon and develop a plan for growth
• Program credit payment (Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), time sale deal etc.)
• Share and expand best practices
• Improve service, process and tool by collecting voice of vendors and giving feedback to software owners
• Document work and report to management team
Basic qualifications
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with superior communication and presentation skills
• Experience in account management, product or advisory roles with a global company
• Graduated from Tier 1 University at the top of his category
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or related degree required
• Passionate about technologies, e-commerce and innovation
• Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate the ability to influence successfully at all levels within the organization, particularly at the executive level.
• Experience in solving analytical problems,
• A passion for developing an engaging user experience with the customer while demonstrating the ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
qualifications preferred
• Experience in online/e-commerce or retail business
• Financial knowledge to understand the business from the point of view of P/L, B/S
• At least two years’ experience working on a project with a global company
• At least two years of experience and a proven track record in a global consulting firm
• SQL Literacy
