Zoho announces Arabic e-commerce store builder, integration with Tap Payments

Manama, June 6 (BUS): Zoho Corporation announced the creation of an Arabic Right-to-Left (RTL) website for its Zoho Commerce e-commerce platform.

The technology company has announced its integration with Tap Payments, a payment solutions provider in the MENA region, to empower businesses during their digital transformation journey.

“Zoho is committed to serving local businesses in Bahrain and reducing the entry barrier to technology adoption,” said Heather Nizam, President of Zoho MEA.

“Businesses can create their Arabic online stores with Zoho Commerce, accept payments, manage orders and shipping, all from a single platform. Meanwhile, integration with Tap Payments will enable Zoho users to conveniently accept digital payments in a secure and seamless manner.”

He added that in today’s economy, digital presence is critical for businesses to survive and thrive, and we hope that the entrepreneurs here will take advantage of our technology to drive their growth.

He added that accepting payments online helps businesses improve cash flow by making payments quickly and reducing costs involved in physical transactions.

“Through Zoho’s Tap Payments integration, businesses can accept payments in multiple currencies and extend the convenience of multiple local and global payment options — such as mada, Knet, BenefitPay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — to their customers.”

The integration will be available across various Zoho apps, including Zoho Books, a VAT compliant accounting software that provides provisions for electronic invoicing in line with local laws.

“We are excited to announce this partnership with Zoho and to provide a seamless online payment experience for their merchants and customers,” said Ahmed Al-Aradi, Executive Vice President, Business for Tap Payments.
