– Present the menu to customers when they arrive, help pick their items, take orders and deliver food in a timely manner
Communicate efficiently with kitchen staff and baristas to ensure customer satisfaction and liaise with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly
– Arrange table setting before and after each customer according to the specified brand standards
Ensure that staff provide friendly, professional and timely service at all times and promptly report any customer discrepancies/complaints to the Duty Manager
– Collecting bill payments from customers and delivering them to the teller

qualifications
– Certificate of Secondary Education
One to two years experience in customer service in a similar role
– Fluency in English. Arabic plus
