* Lead the HR and Administrative functions that consist of 4 main departments – HR Operations, Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Administration
* Customize HR strategy to overall business strategy that meets organizational needs
* Lead a large HR and Administration team – Monitor development and training
* Manage a large HR budget and report to the Board of Directors
* Lead the culture, behaviour, skills, and performance of employees and provide insight to the Board of Directors
* Create and lead a high-achieving organizational culture and design programs that recognize and reward
* Develop employee relations and operations policy
* Ensure a customer centric HR service and drive excellence across the job
* Develop all directives and policies related to governance and labor law
* Part of the leadership team

* Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related subject
* At least 10 years of experience in HR with at least 5 in a leadership role
