Cairo, Nov. 15 (BNA): Speaker of the Uzbek Senate, Tanzila Narbayeva, praised the Bahrain Dialogue Forum: East and West for Human Coexistence, which was held recently in the Kingdom of Bahrain under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. successor. She praised the tremendous efforts made by His Majesty the King to promote the values of tolerance and peaceful coexistence between different religions and cultures. She praised the role of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in embodying the royal vision. She affirmed Uzbekistan’s support to His Majesty the King for His Majesty’s tireless efforts in this regard, which aim to promote human values.
This came during a meeting in Cairo between the Speaker of the Arab Parliament, Adel bin Abdul Rahman Al-Assoumi, the President of the Senate of Uzbekistan, and the accompanying delegation.
The two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Arab Parliament and Uzbekistan within the framework of activating parliamentary diplomacy to serve Arab and Islamic issues.
