UoB President receives ambassador to Belgium

Manama, October 17 (BNA) The President of the University of Bahrain, Dr. Jawaher bint Shaheen Al-Madhaki, received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Belgium, Abdullah Faisal Jaber Al-Dosari.

The meeting discussed cooperation in facilitating academic and research agreements with foreign universities, exchanging experiences and overcoming the difficulties faced by Bahraini students abroad.

The ambassador was briefed on the future plans of the university and aspects related to representing the University of Bahrain abroad and developing international scientific relations.

The President emphasized the role of Bahraini diplomatic missions in introducing the Kingdom to the international community and the role of the University of Bahrain in providing qualified young cadres with the latest scientific and research methods.

The ambassador praised the efforts of the University of Bahrain, and stressed his keenness to enhance cooperation with regional and international countries to achieve maximum benefit in the scientific and research fields.

He congratulated Dr. Al-Mudhaki for obtaining the royal trust, wishing the university further progress.
