Job description and summary
The Project Manager and Business Analysis will have a key role within the Tax Transformation team and the Legal Line of Service (LoS) and will be responsible for leading business and operations analysis activities and delivering one or more transformation projects.
This will be a hybrid role in which the role holder will be able to undertake detailed business and operations analysis tasks as well as project management. Depending on the business needs, the role will shift between analysis and project management.

They will work in close collaboration with all members of the Transformation and Digital team and will lead specific process and architecture analysis, including case assessment, working with business stakeholders to create future cases, developing business requirements, data flows, and UMLs as well as supporting with analysis and modeling of business cases Tracking the realization of benefits.

In addition, they will oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects from concept to post-implementation review and work with key tax and legal LoS stakeholders across the Middle East, digital, financial and central, across LoS and globally as needed. The projects will be diverse, such as: new and improved technology solutions, establishing joint delivery centers, managing specific business unit transformation plans, and driving a program to improve operations.

Undertake specific business and process analysis tasks to understand what it is and campaign stakeholders and identify future cases that align with the transformation agenda.
Determine business requirements (people, process, technology) for task analysis.
Develop the overall future state and understand and advise on overall operations, opportunities for synergies and consolidation.
Manage selected projects end-to-end as per the transformation framework.
Ensure that the scope of assigned projects is fully defined, has a strong business case and key stakeholders are identified.
Work closely with the Senior Change Manager to ensure all changes in business, communications and people readiness are identified, planned and delivered.
When necessary, carry out the responsibilities of the Project Management Office.

Experience and personality traits
Five years’ experience in business and operations analysis would be advantageous.
Experience in conducting analysis in a transformation environment, across a variety of people, process and technology changes and has the ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and ‘join the points’.
– End to end project management experience.
An adaptable individual who can comfortably take on a variety of change tasks.
Interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder engagement skills are mandatory.
