Manama, October 25 (BNA) Tourism Minister Fatima bint Jaafar Al-Sirafi stressed the importance of the role of financial and banking institutions in the Kingdom in supporting and diversifying the national economy by providing the necessary funds to individuals and institutions in various sectors. High quality job opportunities and contribution to Bahrain’s GDP.
The Minister received the CEO of BBK Group, Dr. Abdul Rahman Ali Saif, and praised the partnership between the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority and BBK.
She said that cooperation with the private sector contributes to promoting tourism projects in Bahrain, enhancing the gross domestic product, diversifying tourism products, and attracting investments.
Dr. Saif expressed his appreciation for the minister’s efforts to upgrade the tourism sector, which would have a positive impact on other sectors, including the financial and banking sector.
He stressed BBK’s keenness to enhance its contribution to supporting national development projects in Bahrain.
