Manama, Mar. 22 (BNA): Tourism Minister Fatima bint Jaafar Al-Sairafi affirmed the ministry’s keenness to encourage Bahraini businesswomen and entrepreneurs to launch their tourism projects and investments.
The minister presented the objectives of the tourism strategy for the years (2022-2026), pointing to the efforts to increase and enhance the presence of Bahrainis of both sexes in the tourism sector.
She affirmed the Ministry’s full readiness to provide the necessary capabilities to develop initiatives to support female entrepreneurs and businesswomen towards integration in the tourism sector.
Al-Serafy explained that the ministry is working on implementing a plan that includes a series of initiatives aimed at increasing opportunities for empowering businesswomen by supporting local and international organizations interested in tourism.
