Job description and summary
The TT Assistant coordinates and supports the delivery of learning initiatives within the agenda of tomorrow and today and supports ongoing management, creation and delivery of company-wide digital upskilling/digital upskilling programs.
The overall purpose of this position is to coordinate successful scheduling, communication, and program implementation within the Digital Upskilling pillar at Tomorrow, Today, as well as maintaining and updating learning systems for analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
The position also supports other projects relevant to tomorrow and today.
Responsibilities:
Supports the management of the logistics of digital skills refining programs
Supports communication with learners regarding participation in programs
– Provides support for sending joining instructions, attendance lists, printing, material updating, logistics, catering, room setting, etc.
Oversees the storage and export of learners’ data and simple analytics via the learning management system
– Serves as a hotel/conference room meeting room for ad hoc programmes, incl. Coordination of contracts and processing of invoices
Preparing appropriate forms, correspondence and records related to upskilling initiatives
Coordinate participation of assistants/guest presenters for programs when necessary
Coordinates production of materials and inventory when necessary
Works closely with team members of tomorrow and today
education
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Data Science is preferred
language
– Fluency in spoken and written English, fluency in Arabic is an advantage
Comprehensive experience
1-2 years of experience related to coordination/managerial type of assignments, preferably in large multinational companies
specific experience
Preferably experience in HR/L&D operations including reporting for L&D
– Experience in organizing events is preferred
Skills and Personal Attributes
Excellent attention to detail, task management and planning skills
Ability to work with large data sets
Experience using a productivity suite such as Microsoft Office or G Workspace
Must have a demonstrated interest in upgrading digital skills and be keen to take a steep learning curve to develop their skills
– Enthusiastic and flexible. Previous experience working in agile teams is desirable
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to use patience and diplomacy to handle issues
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Inquisitive critical thinker and problem solver
