We are looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our Applications team. As an Oracle Sales Officer, your role will be to develop sales strategies to win new business in line with sales goals. You’ll work with existing and potential customers on solutions that help leaders in the digital age, e-commerce, sales, marketing, and customer service stay on the cutting edge of leading trends, take advantage of new innovations, and ensure they are fully equipped to operate globally. Responsibilities:
• Grow Oracle’s stake in CX S&S in Qatar
• Able to develop, lead and implement account strategies and opportunity closing plans
• Understand industry/operations/strategy/customer value drivers, establish relationships with C-Suite clients, and earn commitment to closing deals
• Mobilize and lead all Oracle and partner resources needed to ensure a successful sales cycle
• Establishing and maintaining the overall customer oracle relationship and ensuring overall customer satisfaction and success
• Serve as a subject matter expert to non-Oracle CX OMC communities/institutions/business organizations
• Become an active member and contribute to the global CX S&S industry community from Oracle
• Work as a freelancer/entrepreneur, within a large, multicultural and complex matrix-based environment
• Reports directly to the Application Sales Manager in the Gulf Region
qualifications:
• College degree
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential along with the ability to take a leadership role in sales, manage local and/or virtual teams, and implement successful sales strategies.
• Dynamic personality with successful sales track record and 7+ years of selling experience selling value solution
• Strong understanding of CX OMC management concepts and related solutions”
