We are currently looking for professionals with experience in the bidding process and workflow as practiced in the construction sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have worked in an engineering consultancy or architect firm in the UAE. The business owner will be involved in automating the manual process in a fully digital workflow using the latest software technology.
Job role and responsibilities include:
Testing the E-Tendering Platform to ensure that its operations and workflow are in line with industry practices
Ensure that all process steps are working as intended
Provide feedback to the software development team for fixes or improvements
– Demonstration of the system at client meetings, focus groups or seminars
– Provide technical support to users on how to use the system
– Provide algorithm logic to compare incoming bids
Support the business development team to ensure the success of the platform
– Graduated with a degree in a related field from a recognized university
– At least 5 years’ experience in tender management in an engineering/architect consulting office in the United Arab Emirates
Preference will be given to those with a technical background in product development
– Excellent skills in the use of MS Office programs
– Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
