• Assist and support the Technical Director in preparing technical specifications, drawings and concept drawings.
• Ensure that all materials and specifications comply with QCS standards.
• Maintain and control all design and engineering submissions, and update changes in drawings and as-builts.
• Coordination with contractors to change requests/technical inquiries
• Organizing, attending and participating in technical meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Prepare presentation materials needed for progress meetings.
• Ensure projects adhere to PMO frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
• Track and report on project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure that all designs and technical issues are properly tracked and managed.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Bachelor of Engineering/Architecture (Civil/Architect)
• Proficiency in design applications including AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Revit and P&ID
• Exceptional oral, written and presentation skills
