Oracle Managed Cloud Services, Inc. It has technical analyst jobs available in Mexico. Analyze user requirements to develop, implement, and support Oracle’s global infrastructure. Provide aftersales support and solutions to your Oracle customer base while acting as an advocate for customer needs. This includes pre-sales support, engineering design, and resolution of after-sales customer technical inquiries via telephone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use and troubleshooting of our electronic support services. The position is responsible for managing the client’s Hyperion environments, and resolving any technical issues in production and non-production environments. Responsible for technical process improvement and development of new processes to improve Oracle customer support. Acts as a technical leader on project assignments and provides direction to the team. Work with the project manager and client implementation team to ensure the Hyperion project is on track and there are no technical issues in client Hyperion environments. Prepare new versions of the Hyperion application in the in-house lab environment, and innovate the architecture and standards before these versions are ready for customers. Assist in pre-sales and customer engineering design in the cloud.
* Knowledge of Hyperion / EPM 11.1.2.4, 11.2.x
* Knowledge of Hyperion, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE, ODI planning and reporting
* Hands-on experience with Hyperion 11.2.x/11.1.2.4 installation on Linux/Windows
* Knowledge of Oracle 12c / 19c database
* Knowledge of Weblogic application server
* In-depth experience with Migration of Hyperion Planning / HFM / FDMEE from one environment to another
* Hyperion app upgrade experience from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4/11.2.x
* Knowledge of Hyperion user management and its integration with OID, LDAP and MSAD Server
* Hands-on experience and troubleshooting performance issues with Hyperion
* Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services such as LBaaS, Compute, NSGs, Security List, and Gateways
* Knowledge of Ansible, Terraform and other cloud programming solutions is an added advantage
* Working knowledge of Linux platform desirable
* Customer support and/or consulting experience preferred
* Experience using other Oracle products
