What will you do:
You will take care of resource planning, team management, and support the development of your colleagues in collaboration with the chef.
You will ensure that the accounts are correct and that the administrator’s operations are running smoothly.
– It will help set the budget and run the kitchen in a proper way to work.
– You are a qualified and open person in communication and sparring partner for our external partner in concept.
– You will support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever all the guests order, again, at the same time. On top of that, you’ll keep your head above the water when there are sudden changes in plan, and make sure that every dish tastes as great as it looks.
Your experience and skills include:
– You gained management experience in the kitchen, and you can speak English fluently
– You can inspire your fellow employees just as you can inspire your guests. Moreover, you are hungry for new food concepts and love à la carte cuisine
– You are passionate about live cooking and international cuisine, and are known for your organizational skills in the kitchen
You are an actor – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
