The summit will focus on attracting angel investors and early stage startups from the MENA region to the Kingdom to explore investment and expansion opportunities.

This year’s edition of Global Entrepreneurship Week is the fifth consecutive edition to be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and it addresses four main themes: education, the entrepreneurial system, inclusiveness, and supportive policies. The 15 events, which celebrate the 15th anniversary of the week, range from a number of workshops to inspiring talks by leaders and influencers in Bahrain’s entrepreneurial environment.

Events and topics are outlined on the latest developments in entrepreneurship that include diversity and inclusion practices, the importance of personal branding, supply chain development, introducing the metaverse, entering new regional markets, and other topics relevant to entrepreneurship.

Celebrated by more than 10 million people in more than 170 countries around the world each year, Global Entrepreneurship Week, organized by the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), is one of the largest entrepreneurship events of its kind. It has grown to include more than 35,000 events each year, during which stakeholders and entrepreneurs are given the opportunity to interact with experts, helping to inspire them to take initiative and direct their own path toward business ownership, creating a positive economic impact.
