Role
You will join a leading team as you provide comprehensive recruitment support. You will be a key member of the recruitment team as you will contribute to the day-to-day operations and support of broader strategic staffing projects to ensure that recruitment plans are effectively implemented. You will be driven by metrics and able to build a culture of accountability with a strong sense of measurable performance results. You will have solid home-based recruitment experience, preferably management, financial or legal consultancy experience

Demonstrated experience in the full recruitment lifecycle – including candidate sourcing, recruitment strategy design and implementation, screening and evaluation, interviewing skills, negotiation and candidate attraction strategy.
* Build talent pipeline for current and future vacancies
* Develop relevant recruitment tools and processes
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
* Identify, attract, develop and retain key talent in a highly competitive market
