What will you do:

Provides and sends immediate actions to all guest concerns.
Ensure that the follow-up procedure is completed on time.
Work with relevant departments to ensure efficiency in meeting guest needs.
Promotes hotel services and facilities to encourage an exceptional resort experience.
Work in an unsupervised environment and take responsibility for independent decisions made in the interest of the guest experience.
Able to contribute to the team environment by assisting co-workers in all call center related departments. And making sure attention to detail is recorded with each guest’s issue.
– 24/7 handling of all wake-up call requests
– Dealing with the main hotel fax 24/7
– Dealing with emergency calls and contacting the hotel doctor when needed 24/7

Your experience and skills include:

Previous experience as a telephone operator is an asset
– Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
– Responsible and very reliable
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimal supervision
The ability to focus attention on the guest’s needs, and remain calm and polite at all times
