The purpose and aim of the job:

SAP Egypt CoE is looking for a Support Engineer responsible for understanding and moving forward the new business models and operational challenges of Premium Engagement customers and supporting organizations.

Job expectations and duties:

Actively participate in the preparation, exploration, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
Demonstrate ability to plan, operate and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Gain experience in S4HANA SD and Hybris.
Gain experience in different SAP industry solutions.
Provide a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
Delivery of billable components that meet customer needs
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field, with at least 6 years of experience in SAP SD
Minimum 8 full lifecycle SAP applications.
Good knowledge in SAP MM or Hybris.
SD certificate is highly desirable.
Good knowledge of SAP logistics operations (and process integration).
– IS-Retail and retail solution or knowledge of oil and gas business is an added advantage
Knowledge about S4HANA Transportation Management and Extended Warehouses is an added advantage
Knowledge in SAP IBP is an added advantage
Knowledge on S4HANA Cloud is an added advantage.
Good customer focus
– Good presentation and communication skills
– Fluency in English (Portuguese is an added advantage)
Ready to travel on missions (short and long term)

Main tasks and duties:

– Identifies the most important issues in the main account engagements
Conduct an analysis of the nature of the system and technical issues
– Analyze the core business processes of all applications
Perform system and application process analysis including performance improvement
On-site and remote delivery services for premium engagements, enterprise support, mission-critical support (escalation and teams, MCS Backoffice) including optimization, assessment, technical integration/validation, enablement of trainings, workshops, engineering services
Actively provides customer feedback for development based on delivery
Ensures that services and documentation are available and up-to-date for the relevant area of ​​expertise
Delivers root cause analysis, provides solutions, and provides services for specific fields/regions

Additional tasks:

Participates in internal projects driven by internal requirements
Participates in Backoffice support and de-escalation activities

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or any related field of study
– Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Strong presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, professionalism, highly customer service oriented with strong fixable customer management skills with high speed of change
Proven problem-solving skills and strong work ethic required

work experience:

Experience must be within 3-5 years with at least two SAP Logistics modules (SD-MM-PM-CS-FM-PP-QM)
