They are currently looking for a “Digital Solutions” supervisor / associates to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the development and delivery of strategic projects
• Conduct research, plans and reports on high priority strategic initiatives
• Coordination with the concerned authorities to deal with the planning and delivery efforts.
Provide inputs for statistical, financial and operational reports and studies
• Support the development of customer journeys to influence and generate interest among key customer segments.
• Escalate problems, to be aware of developments in this area and to measure customer satisfaction.
• Comply with instructions, advice and guidance on strategic initiatives to achieve agency goals and to act independently.
• Identify and escalate new or emerging issues or issues affecting initiatives with management.
• Preparing project deliverables/strategic initiatives
• Participation in planning and development processes
• Support the development of digital products.
• Support the implementation of technology products, policies, procedures and processes.
• Provide reports on the performance of digital products against KPIs and targets on a regular basis.
• Suggest improvements and efficiencies in line with initiatives and key performance indicators.
• Liaise with stakeholders from third parties to follow up on required accomplishments.
Initiatives
• Creation and activation of digital product management
• Launching the work permit portal
• Develop a text platform and improve the user experience (utility companies)
• Activating and developing the audit and compliance “delegates” track
• Create a city control center
• Previous Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar field with a proven track record in supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives.
qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Information Technology, Digital Product Development, or a related field.
• Previous advisory work related to government is recommended.
