Sunni Endowments Directorate signs agreement with Seef Properties

Manama, April 18 (BNA): The Sunni Endowment Directorate signed an agreement with Seef Real Estate Company to implement a commercial project.


The deal is in line with the efforts of the Sunni Endowment Council to achieve its goals and visions regarding the development of endowment real estate, as the area of ​​the project that was agreed upon is 12,648 square meters for the purpose of building a commercial complex and a mosque. With its facilities, event hall, playgrounds and green spaces.


The agreement was signed by the Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, Dr. Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Fetais Al-Hajri, and on the other side, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Seef Properties, Issa Muhammad Najibi, in the presence of officials from both sides.


On this occasion, Dr. Sheikh Al-Hajri stressed that the agreement comes within the framework of the Sunni Endowment Council’s continuous endeavors to strengthen the endowment’s assets, increase the tributaries of endowment funds, and activate community partnership.


He added that the step aims to keep abreast of the developments taking place in the real estate market and the ongoing modernization process in the Kingdom under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, stressing that the Sunni Endowment Directorate is keen to develop it. The endowment is for the public benefit, by supporting service projects such as education, housing, health and others.


He pointed out that the Sunni Endowment Directorate is keen to strengthen its partnership with private sector companies, as it seeks to develop work mechanisms to strengthen the endowment real estate sector, which represents the main tributary for the development of endowments, adding that work is underway. To implement many development initiatives.

Issa Muhammad Najibi affirmed the Seef Properties Company’s keenness to enhance its role in serving the community in which it is active, by establishing the concepts of social responsibility and contributing as much as possible to the advancement of the local community, both institutions and individuals, in a way that would reflect positively on the national economy.


He also praised the ongoing constructive partnership between Seef Properties and the Sunni Endowment Directorate, which would contribute to strengthening the real estate market in the Kingdom.
