what are you going to do

At Chalhoub, creativity comes alive! By serving as a store manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store increases its commercial performance and delivers an exceptional guest experience. You will also lead both eNPS and cNPS by implementing people and customer experience strategies.

You will lead in-store customer experience initiatives
– Succession plan for team members in terms of readiness
Nurturing talent within the team through on-the-job training and extended assignment in coordination with the People Partner
Leading the eNPS through people-experience initiatives and culture
Oversee daily VM related operations, adherence to retail store standard operating procedures, sales team schedules and commissions
– Provide store support including concessions, in real time as business needs
Acting as the main point of contact with back office operations
– Ensure that click and combine are performed within SLAs
Ensure that customer data is captured correctly by the sales team in compliance with the requirements of the marketing team
– Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and make sure the floor team is aware of app offers etc.
Ensure that the store team is working towards the same goal
Multi-channel sales promotion
– Increased store revenue target versus actual
– Increased sales at full price
Provide input for what is working well, what is not working well, and feedback
