Steady growth of Bahrain’s real estate sector stressed

Manama, Nov. 22 (BNA): The CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, affirmed the steady development of the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, thanks to the unlimited support of His Majesty the King. Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the follow-up of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He emphasized the contribution of the real estate sector to the economy, stressing the need to take more initiatives to develop it and achieve the aspirations of citizens.

The CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister for his sponsorship and opening of Cityscape Bahrain 2022, which is the largest real estate event in the Kingdom to be held at the Bahrain International Exhibition Centre. He also praised the sponsorship of His Highness the Crown Prince and the Prime Minister of MEA Proptech, which met on Monday at the Four Seasons Hotel.

Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa praised the success of the first edition of Cityscape Bahrain, which showcased projects worth 893 million Bahraini dinars, through which seven major real estate projects were launched.

The MEA Proptech Conference focused on how to benefit from technology in the real estate industry and best use it in planning, engineering consulting, real estate marketing, acquisition, leasing, clean energy use, green space expansion and real estate registration, to enhance sustainability and improve the quality of life for future generations.
