The purpose of the role:

Manage pricing-related activities across the product portfolio and digital channels, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s direction and goals. Actively participate in preparing business cases for B2C product portfolio in collaboration with bidders. Analyze and manage value drivers – rate plans, service pricing, subsidies and commissions – in order to maximize customer lifetime value while maintaining a competitive position in the market. Actively participate in the creation of a digital pricing strategy.

Main Responsibilities and Responsibilities:

Preparing feasibility studies for all product sectors in cooperation with bidders.
Manage overall pricing activities, including coordination with the Sectors, Legal, CITRA, Finance and PD departments.
Responsible for managing investment (hardware and service costs), value produced (ARPU, LTV), and consumer segment derived profitability (return on investment and gross margins)
Design a value proposition using an in-depth understanding of customer behavior, standardized analysis, and benefit attractiveness in alignment with the company’s financial goals
Actively seek market opportunities and improvements in product profitability
– Processing daily pricing requests from all segments (postpaid, prepaid, hardware, digital, household, and speed dial)
Analyze customer value and drivers, identify strengths and performance gaps using BI reports and internal data
Assess competition moves, analyze market impacts, and devise countermeasures when necessary
Securing in-house purchase of new proposals within the Marketing and Finance department; Facilitate the same with other sections.
Coordinate all activities related to pricing improvement through digital channels
Improve pricing efficiency with advanced pricing methodologies
Coordinate the creation of a digital product portfolio along with the digital team
Create innovative CVM presentations and conduct tests across digital platforms
– Implementation of marketing programs aimed at improving business performance (revenue opportunities, enhancing profits, improving operations – treasure hunt)
Continuously evaluate product portfolio and implement smart pricing initiatives that will generate additional revenue/profit for the organization
Working on discovering new sources of income
Participation in cost improvement projects in terms of marketing
Provides customized presentations, analyzes and recommendations according to the needs of senior management.
Take responsibility for self-improvement by staying abreast of developments and trends in the industry.

Qualifications / Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required based on the progression ladder.
Strong knowledge of the telecom industry, products and services.
Strong knowledge of local market conditions.
Ability to work in a diverse multicultural and multinational work environment, exhibiting appropriate sensitivities.
Oral/written communication fluent in English. Arabic feature.
– Strong analytical skills.
– Good presentation skills.
Demonstrate acumen in understanding the industry and its trends.
