Spa host
What will you do:
Ensure high standards of hygiene in the department.
To inform the spa supervisor of any maintenance issues.
To be fully aware of the current and future services provided by the hotel and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services.
To keep abreast of the visitor survey results and to improve it if necessary.
To maintain a high focus on customer service.
– To always provide customers with an enjoyable and unforgettable experience
We constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality and creativity.
Provide polite, efficient and professional service at all times.
To have a thorough knowledge of the spa department as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.
– To immediately notify the spa supervisor of any guest complaint.
To work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the manager.
To report training needs to supervisor/manager
– To ensure that the spa area is well maintained by following the cleaning rules and regulations set by the manager
To order and collect inventory and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.
Ensure that stocks like towels, amenities, products, etc. are regularly replenished.
Your experience and skills include:
High school or any higher qualification.
– Recent or at least one year experience.
