Manama, September 22 (BNA) The Governor of the South, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, met through his virtual council with a number of citizens from different parts of the governorate, in the presence of his deputy, Brigadier General Issa Thamer Al-Dosari. And a number of officers and officials.
His Highness the Southern Prince welcomed the attendees, stressing the importance of the virtual council in enhancing communication with citizens and meeting their needs.
He praised the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to listen directly to citizens and respond to their suggestions.
His Highness the Governor of the South affirmed the governorate’s determination to continue enhancing communication with citizens through various electronic channels and smart platforms.
He pointed out the importance of field visits in reaching citizens and meeting their needs in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
The attendees thanked His Highness, the Emir of the South, for his continuous communication with citizens through his virtual council and electronic channels to assess their needs and meet their needs.
They also praised the governorate’s continuous endeavor to enhance awareness of social security and community partnership in implementing initiatives with various security agencies.
